OHP foils are best used for informal or training sessions with small groups of up to 20 people. OHPs tend to look better on a clear or light background with dark text and images. Try to avoid the mistake of including too much detail on each image. A simple layout makes an effective slide. If the audience needs to be given detail, provide a handout which can be studied later. Use upper and lower case rather than block capitals as it is more natural for the audience to read. Avoid using large tables of figures, try to illustrate the trend graphically.
